A Year of Ammon

I started this blog back in 2015, not long after you were born. It is now almost 2025, and you are almost 10 years old. Dad and I have been thinking of what we will do for your birthday. You are so easy to please. I asked you a few weeks ago what you might like to do for your birthday trip with Dad. All you could say was, "Maybe go to Kmart?". Don't worry; we've come up with a few ideas that we think you will love.

This past weekend, we started a new tradition of going on an end-of-year trip to celebrate finishing school. Let's say we are not camping people, especially tent camping people. We did have a lot of fun but the storm in the middle of the night which caused it to rain inside the tent was not fun.

We ended up coming home early, but it was okay. We still had lots of fun, maybe we will go back but next time we will get a cabin.

You made us the best brats for dinner. They reminded us of the ones we had in Airlie Beach earlier in the year on our cruise.

Did I mention you are famous for your brownies? You make the BEST brownies, perfect every time.

Fish and chips in the middle of the storm.

Another super amazing event from this past week was that you, Carter and Dad sang in the primary presentation. Oh my goodness, you were amazing! You have such a beautiful voice. I love to hear you sing.
